Cry Out To Jesus

You will bring them in and plant them
on the mountain of your inheritance—
the place, Lord, you made for your dwelling,
the sanctuary, Lord, your hands established. Exodus 15:17
This verse spotlights hope. It signifies a promise that was originally given to the Israelites after crossing the Red Sea and escaping the Egyptians. These words were spoken by Moses as a song of praise to the Lord. By God’s grace, He would rescue the Israelites and establish them in the Promised Land. He would guide them through the rugged wilderness. He would provide them with manna from Heaven. He would give them plans to construct the temple. He would eventually provide them with a Living Hope through Jesus Christ.
The Lord’s provision is great. His promises endure forever. His covenant made with Israel continues to bless us today because of what Christ accomplished on the cross. Praise the Lord that “It is finished!” Praise him for providing a way through the Red Sea of eternity.
On days that feel like you’ve got nothing left to give, cry out to Jesus. He will provide for you. He desires for you to realize your desperate need for Him daily. Cry out to Jesus. He wants to lavish you with His abundant grace and fill your cup in full.
God’s got you, Mama! Let the promises of God and the ultimate hope we have in Heaven be your strength. There is grace for today.
There is nothing more precious in His sight than a heart that fully depends on Christ. Cry out to Jesus. He wants to provide for you.
“The Lord’s Prayer” was Jesus teaching His disciples, who desired to know how to pray, what to ask God for. Part of the Lord’s prayer says, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matt. 6:11). As God provided manna for the Israelites in the desert, let the Lord provide for you, each day.
Remember His miracles. Remember His grace that is sufficient to be your strength.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
Cry out to Jesus. Let God be your portion today.
Dear Jesus,
Thank you for your love and grace. Thank you for the Living Hope we have through you. Thank you for conquering the cross to save a sinner like me.
Lord, you are my Savior. But I want to depend on you more each day. Show me ways I can fully rely on you, God. Help me to pursue you in prayer and cry out to you to fulfill my desperate need and deepest longings. Be my steady strength. Be my portion. Fill my cup. Fill me with your love, light, and Heavenly goodness so that I can pour out your grace to my family. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, amen.
